Walmart Auto Care Center

Wish I could do zero stars. I bought all new tires from Walmart and had them sent to my house. Brought the tires to the tire center and they said they were booked for the entire day and couldn't get an appointment for 3 days. Meanwhile there was 4 guys standing around playing on their phones and talking and not one car being worked on at 10:30 am. I had worked in the tire center years ago and know that there is no way they were completely booked for the day and couldn't take a walk-in. Took my car and tires to Mavis and was in and out in 40 minutes. Never going back here again

Had the worse experience today . Went for oil change on my Audi A4 . After 30mim got call that they forgot to put engine cover on . So had to go back . And got my engine cover . when I Got home I looked in my parking lot looks like wet so I check it . It was oil leaking from drain plug . it was dripping bad . I rushed back at walmart by that time they were closed . and on top of that all this it was Sunday . I been driving around all over Mercer county to find any machanic open , but had no luck . So finally had to buy new drain plug plus star sockets set . Oil drain pan And had to change drain plug my self . When I took out the old drain plug there was no washer in it . So the technician at Walmart never put the drain plug washer back . It was very frustrating . Very pissed wasted

Went there for 4 new tires for a big road trip. Went because they were the cheapest but this was one of those "you get what you pay for" situations. Uneven tire pressure in all 4 tires and when I brought it back, the kid asked if I wanted them the same all around. ?? What?! Uh, yes please! Also found the car is wandering on the highway, good thing I found this out during my 1000 mile road trip to Florida. Today I noticed one rim has a chip in it. No rim damage in the past 5 years I've had it and too much tire to curb rash even if I tried. Safe to say I'll take care of it as I dont and can't trust these guys! Surprised they were able to mount the tires in the first place!

Terrible experience. The staff wouldn’t open the auto center garage door before 8 AM even though my appointment was at 7:30. Then they had the nerve to cancel it as a ‘no show.’ This place clearly doesn’t value customers at all.

I had gotten an oil change from them prior with absolutely no problems with my current car. I go today to get the same service done, even though they never turned off the maintenance light for the oil change the first time. I'm waiting for my car to be done when I get called while in the store only to be told that they don't use the specific type of oil, OW-8, that my car uses. Not that they don't have it at the time, the shop itself does not use that oil. And I get informed that I would have to buy it myself. I ask him if I would have to pay for the oil on top of the service which I get told yes so I just leave to take my service elsewhere as it makes no sense to do this. Since I keep all my receipts for anything involving cars, I looked at the old one and found that they used OW-16 which
