Of the Devil! These people refuse to setvice their machines properly in order to eliminate any inconvenience to their customers. I purchased 1 tire from Walmart and scheduled an installation. There machines went down and they had to schedule me into October. I called Walmart country club hills and they refused to answer the phones, and then I got on another hammond Walmart schedule that I had to pay a toll for that I didnt know I had to pay! And when I called this original store for this inconvenience and any compensation they began lying stating they couldn't control the situation which was a lie due to them having a maintenance schedule someone didn't keep that causes this inconvenience! Left my car extremely damaged. It was an easy drop off process, but when I came to pick it up- a whole different story. The employees told me my car was ready and outside waiting for me. Practically rushing me out. I still needed my key …. So I seemed to annoy an employee by asking for my key and paperwork. They handed me my keys and then proceeded to tell me there was a problem with the paperwork. I paid all online but wanted the receipt for my records because I got a warranty on all my tires and needed a record of proof in case there was an issue/malfunction. The staff associate told me there was nothing she could do and could not provide me any paperwork and I could just take my car and leave. Bad service, they make you pay for breaking and damaging your car. Feel bad for people who still going back to that place. They broke my car, keep leaking for months and no solution at all.

Went to get an high mileage oil change and after 5days my check engine light came on. I took my truck to auto zone and the staff member looked under my hood and discovered that my oil cap wasn’t on the oil compartment. Oil was all over my engine at this point. We check the oil level and no oil in my truck. I returned to the shop to inform the staff and first the staff was helpful. Then after the mechanic was told the issue he was vey rude and blaming em for the mistake. I was told the cap was placed on the truck at service and oil was placed in but as a courtesy thy would fill my oil back up. Firstly why would I ruin a $20,000 truck by removing an oil cap just to have Walmart refill at $40 oil change. I felt like they didn’t want to own up to the mistake and fix it. I haven’t had an issue
