Walmart Auto Care Center

I had excellent service!! From the beginning of understanding my package deal to the service itself. It took one hour, and I could track it while browsing through the store! The winter, all season tires look and work great. I feel much safer now!!! Thank you Walmart! I will be back!

Very poor customer service. I went in for an oil change on 9/30/25 around 5:30pm. A kind, young gentleman checked me in, took my keys and said it’d be about an hour. I went to walk around the store while I waited. At 5:58, 28 minutes later he called my phone and stated they can’t do the oil change because they don’t have the correct filter in stock. I went back over to pick up my keys and scheduled an appointment for today. He told me they would send someone over to Auto Zone to pick up a filter and would have it in the morning. At my 1:30 appt today, I was first told they had double booked and scheduled two appointments for 1:30 which wouldn’t have been a big deal except I was on my lunch break. They cleared that up and said my car would be taken in at 1:30. I asked if they can confirm th

The young guy working at the desk was really,really slow.There was a line of people waiting.Some of us had appointments.They did a great job putting on my tires,by the time they were done,a blond woman was working at the desk and she did a great job getting me finished up and out of there.So,I was glad she was working later,as the young guy was so very slow.

Great service, friendly staff, good prices. The staff went above and beyond if I ever need a tire in VA again id go here first.

Bobby is so helpful, kind and wonderful! Went above and beyond to help me so much! So grateful for him!!!! Thank you!! So happy he was there today to help me in a time of car problem stress.
