Walmart Auto Care Center

Came in for an oil change, not passive aggressive comments and attitude. Seems to me basic professionalism seems to be an option here. Shoutout to the one who checked me out and had a positive attitude. And to the other maybe find another line of work if customer service is a problem.

Have used the Hillsboro location several times in the past. It was acceptable then, but now the level of service has fallen off in the last couple of years. Not sure if they are just always understaffed or what exactly the problem is. When you call them and are told if you can arrive before a certain time they can get to you, and then do arrive before that time only to be told that other vehicles arrived since you called so we can't get to you, it is frustrating. This is not the first time this scenario has occurred. I then called the Wilmington Walmart location and was told to drive the 20 minutes to them and they would take care of me. Again, this has happened before and Wilmington took care of me that time as well. Until the Hillsboro store gets their problems resolved, I will on

I go there for the price. Name brand stores are overpriced. Was my experience the best ever? Was it the worst ever? No to both, but it was somewhere in between. They texted their progress, I walked around the store until it was ready. Your best experience can be found on Saturday morning as soon as they open.

Logan found my $1,400, still paying off... phone and stopped what he was doing and brought it to Customer Service. I know for a fact I left it in an area that wasn't automotive. He could have taken the...not my business...approach, but didnt. You have no clue how much I appreciate you Logan. Id bake you cookies if I knew you'd eat them!! Also, I've had these guys work on my car countless times...and never had an issue!

Your typical rejects of the auto mechanic world. Waited an hour with a walk in tire before i gave up and left, while waiting i over heard them joking about almost putting the wrong oil filter on another car.
