Walmart Auto Care Center

Took my Mazda there. It never leaked oil. I’m not going to say what I really want to say. yall can imagine. It’s unbelievable. Please do not take your car here EVER!!

This review is specifically for the treatment I received by Eric in the oil bay! He went above and beyond and answered a million questions i had, all without any hesitation or grief.. amazing customer service from Eric! Gable was the one who did the oil change and he was awesome as well! They got me all sorted so I could hit the road again! Cant say enough nice things about Eric! Charles was the guy who cashed me out, straightforward Jamaican, he was cool as well! Thanks again! A+++ (I paid $36 including taxes at this walmart, and JiffyLube wanted $78 for same exact high mileage oil change)

O stars if I could...They are really bad. Left my car there for a simple tire change on a Saturday. Waited all day for the call back and received nothing. I called them finally and they informed me they didn't have the tire I needed and they had left my car sitting there and never called me. I didn't deserve that...I could have taken it somewhere else that whole time (6 hours) on my day off. I had no apology either and I had to get my car 5 mins before they closed. There was nobody at the counter and I had to walk behind it and get my keys. I didn't expect much from Walmart auto but that was handled pretty bad. Also website says they close at 7pm, but they close at 4 on Saturdays and 430pm on weekdays. Don't go here ..

Atrocious service. After trying to walk in for a oil change and being told it would take hours, after waiting a substantial time of being ignored just to ask that question, I set up a time the next day at a time suggested by the website (4pm). When I showed up the guys there said they won’t work after 4. They know the website directs people to make 4 o’clock appointments but the website is irrelevant. So the refused to do the oil change. I sent multiple attempts to get an answer through tier website and have been ignored. The company today has sent me an email stating I refused to show up so they had to cancel my appointment. Three strikes, I should have never tried them, again. Four strikes, not more chances. Save yourself trouble. If the service is so bad inside and their systems are all

We were on a family trip in Hilton Head. We came out of our hotel to a flat tire caused by a screw. Our tires had recently been replaced by another Walmart. We had 4 cranky kiddos and needed help. Cartea C greeted us and got our tired fixed as quick as possible. He was polite and the customer service from him and front desk was above par. Thank you Walmart Hilton Head Auto Center!
