I came to get a tire replacement & had a few issues because the machine was down but it was all a miscommunication & I spoke to a super nice female assistant or manager that is usually always there when I go,she hooked me up with my tire & was on my way in 45 minutes

Laziest group I have ever seen. Refused to plug a tire because “ it was getting late & they were tired”. That was from management… take your business to somewhere else!!

I actually cancelled my appointment after standing in line and waiting while the employees barked at me to “go inside and get in line” - app says to have designated person in parking lot scan you in and makes it sound like it’s going to be easy and stress free. Not here. Super chaotic and disorganized and unbelievably rude. I was not about to spend money on 4 tires here!!!!! Don’t be fooled by the ease and charm of the app. That’s fake. These people are a real life nightmare.

I accidentally scheduled an appointment here after the first time they did something to my car years ago. I made an Appointment for 5pm on Thursday the Monday before. My car needs a very specific tire that had to be ordered and scheduled to be put on. I came in at 5pm and they told me they weren’t going to do anymore installations due to there only being one mechanic. I left work early for the appointment and have been driving on the donut for days waiting for this appointment. They said to come back in the morning. I said no, refund me the tire installation and give me the tire. I went somewhere else and within 30 minutes it was installed. Never again.

Was told they are not doing any tires only oil changes. Might as well tell me "We finna get off and don't feel like doing tires" lmao. Shop was also silent for the 20 minutes I was waiting for somebody at the desk. 6 other people waiting for their cars. Didn't even seem like anybody was working at all.
