Of course. Only one tire available for my very common vehicle that was double the price of any others. Only one register working. It literally took ninety minutes to check out once my car was done. Then, I get to my car and whoever worked on it stole the drink that I had on my seat. Big joke. The only positive part of the whole experience was the man that checked the car in and helped me.

I purchased tires here with the road-hazard warranty specifically for flat repair coverage. I attempted to use the warranty twice on consecutive days. The first day I was turned away due to staffing, and no one mentioned that appointments were required. I returned the next day as stated and was then told I needed to schedule an appointment — something that was never communicated previously and is not consistently enforced at this location. Ultimately, I was unable to receive the covered repair and had to handle it myself. I would not have paid extra for the warranty if I knew it would be this difficult to use. I will not be using the auto center services in the future.

Came in desperately needing front tires in the rain. Was fully checked in and told they had three in stock. Decided to change only the fronts. Recieved a phone call 30 minutes later that those tires were "for appointments only" and that they couldn't put them on my car. This left us with only one option of driving across town to tire express who promised they could do all 4 tires the day of. Abysmal internal communication and customer service.

First to start with is don't go here unless you want damage to your vehicle I went here with my truck to have tires put on and when I just noticed a ding in my door from the lift I told them and said it has rubber it can't do that, they must be so stupid to think that, there's probably 3 dents in my driver door, I would give less Stars if I could.

Over torqued the lugs, 1 week after having tires put on, my son lost all but one lug on his way home from work. Had them looked at by a mechanic, said they overtorqued the lugs causing 4 of 5 lug bolts to snap off. Hubs with brand new lug bolts werent even a month old as we just replaced them a few weeks before. Will NEVER use walmart again. Thankfully my son felt something weird in his steering and called, he pulled over and we had to pay $200 for a tow to get it home plus what it costed to fix it.
