Walmart Auto Care Center

We had 5:30 pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation. After check in 30 mins later they said they don’t have oil for our car to change. Staffs were seen very frustrated and over stressed with much work and less help from team I guess. Or just laziness not sure but Then for tire rotation they make us wait more than an hour after declining oil change, and we are tourist from dfw tx, it’s 6:40pm I m doing the one star review due to this. I have not had this experience before in other Walmart and definitely it’s not the manager or hr problems i think it’s just over work and it’s almost similar in all Walmart stores. Paid for two tires with install. Young tech had no clue how to offer help or give input with questions. Told me the customer needs to tell the techs which tires should be replaced. That they wouldnt be putting the remaining tires with more tread up front where they should be. Grease all over everything, including brake hub, scratched rim and lug nuts, fortunately no stripped studs. Once the car was done it just sat there. The same clueless tech standing there. Looked up at my question and told me it had been done. Just sitting. We needed tires and found these on a deal. Save yourself the headache and trust the other 3 star reviews. Buy the stuff here, take it somewhere professional to have it done.

Came in to get an oil change later on the skid plate at the bottom of my truck came off and got ruined on the road. Called them to let them know about it and they said there’s nothing they could do. Youll save money going somewhere instead of having to pay to replace a skid plate.

Schedule an appointment to install 2 tires (paid in advance) at 3:00pm. They offered oil change in addition. They told me to come back in one hour. When I back at 4:30, car was in the shop. No one work on it. They changed oil and forget about my car. I ask them "What is a point to schedule appointments if you taking cars for service without appointments? it seems that they more interested to change oil then replacing tires. Finally they did my tires. Finished 5:05. I told them that for all trouble I should get complimentary oil change. Nope! Its not happens. As a cherry on the top: they did not gave to me label for completed service. When I ask for it, they said that printer is not working. Conclusion: Never pay ahead of service. They will not be interested to complete it. SAD! This is my

Never will I ever go here again. Left the cap off oil sprayed everywhere then I went back and they topped it off now my car has too much oil.
