Walmart Auto Care Center

Poor management. I came to get a battery at around 11am. There's an All State roadside assistance plan offered when you purchase a battery online. For whatever reason no one knows how to add this on when you buy the battery in store not at the auto center nor at customer service. I had to buy the battery online for curbside pick up the first available time was 5pm. I came back at 5:40 after waiting for curbside pickup to bring my battery out and was told they couldn't install my battery until 6:30 pm. I came back through the auto center at 6pm there were no cars inside their garage and I saw several auto technicians inside Walmart while I was walking around to kill time. Any one of them could've installed my battery so I could take my three year old home.

Tires. Purchased 4 tires online, then I set up the installation appointment which was for 1:00 they sent me a reminder text about my appointment. I arrived at 12:50, I already had the tires off my car ( brought them in the back of my truck) after waiting for 1:45 minutes they had not touched my wheels, until I raised sand. The appointment was supposed to take an hour (and thats if they were already on my vehicle) so appointment are worthless! Terrible communication within the tires center. Its an absolute joke. My appointment was at 1:00 should have been finished in 1 hour so that would have been finished by 2:00! Its 3:37 and I just received a text text that they have started! Wifi! 7

I ordered tires online from Wal-Mart and scheduled an installation appointment with its automotive service center. The service center was unable to mount my tires because of the size of the tire, although I was able to order, purchase, and schedule the tire installation with this Wal-Mart nearly a week in advance of my appointment. So, I have tires, no installation, no idea where to have them installed, no idea when they can be installed, and a morning taken off from work. This three star review is to recognize the willingness of area lead JJ to ameliorate the inconvenience I had experienced. JJ offered to reimburse me for the cost of installation wherever I managed to have the tires installed. My tires were installed by a business less than a mile from Wal-Mart about an hour after I left

Outstanding, all the way around! Great prices, seamless buying of and installation of my new tires, excellent communication and customer service. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Kyler was very friendly and helpful!
