Walmart Auto Care Center

I got here and my truck was checked in at 9:57 am. One little red car in the service bay and no other vehicles in line. I come back a little over 45 minutes later and my truck isn't in the bay and it isn't parked in the bay door I left it in! A different suv- black is where I left my truck! They have to go look for my truck and the ticket. These jerks backed my truck up out of yhe bay door and did other vehicles ahead of it! It hasn't even been done yet! So now this jerk says there was appointments ahead of me! BS! He didn't say nothing about appointments ahead of me when I checked in nor did he say it would be over sn hour before they got to it! Going to find a store manager! Had my truck checked at the Express Oil Change in Colonial Heights. Walmart left it 1/2 quart low on oil. At lea

I was there at 10:50 this morning to have 4 tires installed. My appointment was for 11:00. While I was there I seen a guy come to pick his car up. They told him they had rounded off his drain plug and couldn't change his oil. He was really upset as I would have been too. They didn't not care at all. I got out at 3 pm and was watching every move they made on my truck. If you took they're little tablets away from them I don't think they could function at all. But the tire price was really good. But sometimes it's better to pay a little more and have worry free work done. Made two trips today first and last.

Absolutely abysmal. Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation waited 2 1/2 hours and they had only changed the oil. I still have to go somewhere else to get my tires rotated. No one even said sorry. Slow is an understatement. I don’t care if it’s a few dollars more expensive, do yourself a massive favor and go anywhere else.

They left my vehicle just sitting there with the hood up after they finished for over 30 min. and started working on another which prevented me from paying and leaving. They also spilt a ton of oil all over my engine, somehow the inside of the hood, and all over the front and didn’t even clean it off…. I’m never going here again.

Had my oil changed today and new windshield wiper blades installed. The left fell off before I got home. So here I'm back at Walmart to have them put it back on. If the guy , a lady and another employee wasn't goofy off while servicing my vehicle. Made another trip to Walmart. I will never let them touch my vehicle again. I'll pay double somewhere else first.
