Walmart Auto Care Center

I went to change oil on my Honda. The associate lady was courteous, she asked if I would like to have air filter changed also, to which I said if needed. She also suggested me to wait in the waiting area inside the store. The technicians finished working on my car under 25 min, and my air filter was good.

great service! everyone had a good attitude and really wanted to help me. i came in for one tire and they told me i had issues with the other tire so they replaced both. they were very patient and helpful. from now on, i’ll only be coming here for my tires!

I believe Jeilon (as per my receipt) was my greeter. He was very nice and knowledgeable. My oil change was done in less than 45 minutes, just like he stated it would be done. Everyone else, including the man (Stacy, as per my receipt) who took my payment seemed nice. The work seems fine and was done by Rontrey (as per my receipt). The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I didn't have time to wait two hours for a tire rotation (so I'll have to wait on that or wait till I can get new tires), but, to their defense, I got there after 3:30p and there were already other vehicles to work on. DO NOT bring your vehicle here if you don’t want to deal with bad attitude having employees. I needed 2 new tires ASAP and they had them in stock was the only reason I bought the tires here. I rather pay more for better customer service. I read the Google reviews and they are VERY accurate explaining the employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nothing express about this place. Waited over 2 hours for them to change one tire out. There was only one other vehicle being worked on when I got there. Aggravated when I drove up the staff stood inside staring at me, never asked what I needed. Got out of my vehicle and had to go up and address them to get a response. I have worked at an oil and tire place, so I know it should never take that long. Will take my business else where in the future , would rather pay extra than have to waist over two hours and deal with their laziness.
