I had a very disappointing experience with the Walmart Auto Center in Layton, Utah. In August 2025, I purchased a set of tires from Walmart.com and had them installed at this location. As a Walmart+ member, the tires came with a warranty. Last week my son hit a pothole, damaging both the rim and tire, leaving the car undrivable. I ordered the same replacement tire and brought a new rim to the Walmart Auto Center, explaining the situation. They refused to honor the warranty because the car itself was not present—even though it could not be driven without a tire. I paid for installation anyway. After getting home, I discovered they had failed to transfer the TPMS sensor from the old rim to the new one. When my wife returned the next day with the car to correct the mistake, they attempted

I had an incredible experience at the Layton Walmart Auto Care Center thanks to Bladamir! I came in with a battery issue that had been giving me trouble for a while, and he went above and beyond to help me out. Even when things got complicated with my warranty information not showing up correctly, he stayed patient, professional, and determined to find a solution. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and truly cared about getting me back on the road. It’s rare to find someone that dedicated to customer service these days — Bladamir is an absolute rock star and a huge asset to Walmart’s Auto Center team. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

We're do i start ? 1.I was quoted 45 minutes for 2 tires to be put on and it took 1h and 26 min to complete, 2, most of there team gathered around me car and was talking and gaulking about it, and some guy came in and started talking about how my wires were showing on the tire and I over heard him, I didn't tell them to rotate the tires because of this and because my back tires are different sizes,3. They didn't even get started on my vehicle until 30 after 10 which my appointment was for 10, 4. They told me they replaced something and without saying anything to me or asking me he only said something after the fact. 5. I bought the tires from Walmart.com and was charged more because I didn't have them delivers to the store, even though last time I had them delivered to the store they lost

I have three cars: a 2015, a 2010, and a 2017. I just asked them to take a tire off one rim and mount it on another. On **November 13**, the mechanic was **literally indecent** for assuming I don’t know the basics of cars and left me standing there like a fool. I’m a family man, waiting inside Walmart with a 7-month-old baby, a 22-month-old, and my wife. I asked how long it would take; they said “another hour.” Three vehicles were serviced ahead of me. I arrived at 1 p.m., first in line. They took care of a lady, two elderly men, and a guy who showed up later. They said the tire on my car was over 10 years old and they wouldn’t touch it. Fine. But when my wife brought the tire from the 2010 car—which is 15 years old—no one complained. They said they didn’t have the $80 one and installed

Took me and my husband's cars here. Will not be returning. They took forever to do an oil change and this is because they let people walk in and they got to go first even though we had an appointment. Then after tbe oil change we found out they didn't put my husband's cap on right and he was leaking oil. And they put the wrong sticker on mine so it had the wrong information, there's also the fact that they didn't rven restart my oil sensor in the car.
