Walmart Auto Care Center

I've gotten tires here on multiple vehicles throughout the years. Got four new ones yesterday and specifically asked for new valves stems because the other ones don't register PSI correctly. They reused the old ones then when I pointed it out, the manager (don't remember his name) got my car right back in and made sure to replace all four. Super nice guy and super apologetic. And one of the techs left me a chicken to go with my ducks. Shout out to that person for making my day 😁.

Will not be returning. I’ve had a bad experience years ago, then finally started returning for oil changes and have been nothing but happy with their efficiency & work. I show up today, 20 minutes early for my oil change appointment. Was told I will have to wait because there was 4 appointments at my appointment time even though I was the first there. Fine, no issue. I tell the cashier that my exhaust had popped out of the pin this morning and was hanging out, I asked politely if there was any chance one of their men could just pop it back in, seeing as I can’t do it because I am a young girl in my 20’s. Staff lost my aftermarket valve stem cap. Staff inflated 1 of the two tires to 55psi.... that is absurd. Website showed me options for tires that do not fit. I now have to wait for refund and extend additional funds. I just sat at this walmart for over 2 and half hours. Terrible.

I called first to make sure they had the bulb I needed for my car and they did. I was checked in pretty quick and was told the wait was 2 hours but I said ok because I had to have my headlight bulb changed. They did text me and they kept me informed on the progress unlike the Hometown Walmart auto center. They got done 45 minutes early and once they took my car back it was done quickly. That means the mechanic knew what he was doing. He also came out and asked me if anyone had worked on that issue recently - I said yes, the Hometown walmart did and that’s why I’m here today because they were terrible. He said yep I thought so - they took out one of your bulbs and didn’t replace it. He assured me they fixed it and both headlights would work - and they did. Cashier was pleasant too and actu
