Walmart Auto Care Center

The guys in the Walmart tire were awesome. They went through and checked out my car. My battery and ran tests on it, and they were busy, but they still found the time to do my car and they're very friendly. They sent me on my way very happy.

Coach Eric was awesome! He got me in with only minutes left till they close. I’m from out of town and really needed a tire. Awesome people!

Did not swap my front tire to rear as requested in addition to installing new tires. When confronted the tech or the person translating lied. My rear tire was tread bare and all my tires were different brands so it was easy to identify it was the same tire. I asked to see the tires that were removed from the front and saw the tire I requested to be swapped. It had minimal wear and I asked again for clarification and again was lied to. I asked for them to swap the tires and they refused and said I could take the relatively new one that I wanted swapped with my tread bare one with me. I was traveling through and could not. I should have marked my tires and taken pictures before giving them the keys but I just didn't anticipate needing to take that precaution I wasn't expecting dishonesty.

I had a tire shop and we fixed 3-4 tires per hour. They take almost as long to do unnecessary paperwork. Just fix the darn tire so I can get going. I was the ONLY one there and it took just over an hour. Then I buy 4 deep cycle batteries on line for the RV after I asked the manager about the "free installation". Then I try to make an appointment and they say they cannot do it. My advice: Don't let Walmart close to your vehicle. Go someplace else.

Service staff was good. But, the staff behind the service desk, let me tell you. Low people on the totem pole, were down right rude. Kept my attention elsewhere and failed to provide a receipt for the oil and filter. The employee demanded I pay in advance before Services were rendered. I normally pay at the end upon completion. While all this was going on, I believe I was double charged for the labor costs. When I went to get my vehicle, I was charged again for the labor. I requested to speak with management and he couldn't provide the initial receipt. Good luck with that. If could give minus stars, I would.
