Oil change scheduled at 12:30pm. Still waiting at 1:42pm and they are just now filling with new oil. And zero customer service when you walk in. Allentown is much better. After oil, oil all over steering wheel and door!

I had great service done during my tire installation and highly recommend them for you if you want great service and to shop while you wait

If you're looking for friendly service, maybe skip this place. Always seems to be a 2-3 hour wait. Not sure if that's because they're busy or just trying to give plenty of time to work faster services in? I had tires installed this time and they did a good job. Definitely have someone there to drive you home and back.

Really pleased with my experience at Walmart auto center in Lima. Way better customer service and prices than valvoline across town. Alex was very friendly and honest. I like that they do tires also so I can get my tires rotated each oil change. This will be my new go to spot.

I was recently on a trip from MI to FL. I had an alignment & wheels balanced just prior to me leaving. I decided to stop at this Walmart because I had some pretty scary vibrations on the highway. These guys were awesome and very understanding, and more than willing to help less than an hour before they closed. The Tech that was working on my car went above and beyond to discover issues with my alignment. He showed me and explained exactly what the issues were and gave very helpful suggestions on solutions. I have no doubt that the tech saved my tires and probably more! Very grateful for such an honest and helpful mechanic!
