Walmart Auto Care Center

Told me it was going to take 45 min to fix my tire. I thought that was long, but needed it fixed so I decided to wait. Then they told me it couldn’t be fixed and I had to buy 4 new tires even though my tires were all under warranty. I told them I needed the tires changed fast because I had a super important work meeting I had to get to at 6PM. It’s no 6:30 PM and it’s been 3 1/2 hours and I can’t even find an associate to ask what is going on with my car.

Came in to get new tires put on my car. As they were working on it they found a cross loaded lugstud and couldn't do anything about it so they couldn't change my tires. I had to go somewhere else. Now I'm trying to return the tires that I bought from Walmart that never got put on my car and it's been a huge pain. Do yourself a favor and just take your car to an actual auto repair shop.

I went there for a tire rotation. In total. I think I only paid $27 which was nice. But I was there for more than 3 hours. I arrived early in the morning and there were no other cars in the bay. I'm not sure what happened but I kept getting excuse after excuse. It. Kind of ruined my morning. Also, they under inflated my rear tires by about 20 psi. I asked them if they could air them up and they told me I had to wait until another car got out of the bay. I figured that would be another hour so I just drove off. Also, they damaged one of my hubcaps and it wouldn't stay on anymore so I'm going to have to buy a new one.

Walked inside to setup tire install, was asked to go wait outside in my car. After waiting 20 minutes and watching multiple others being helped I went inside again. Eventually was quoted that it would be 6 hours, even past their closing time before I'd be done. I ended up saving time at another close shop and was helped immediately. Don't waste time here.

Disorganized crew. They estimated it would be 30 minutes. Still waiting after an hour and 15 minutes. Everyone just wandered around most of the time. No organization. They left greasy fingerprints on my fenders and door. I have zero confidence they did everything correctly and checked everything they were supposed to.
