Walmart Auto Care Center

I used to just drive up without an appointment to get an oil change but that would take them two hours. The last two-three times, I’ve scheduled an appointment because I thought, MAYBE it would take less time. That’s not the case. Even with an appointment it takes them over two hours to do an oil change. Lots of excuses, like there was someone else scheduled at the same time, someone was in training. That’s what I was told. I won’t be returning for an oil change here anymore. Wasting other people’s time. There’s no reason this should take that long every single time.

Took 3 and a half hours to change my four tires on a week day even though I had an appointment and showed up 20 minutes early, absolutely outrageous.

My 16 year old son came in with a flat at 2pm on Sunday, and they said they were too busy. The place was empty. They literally said, "too bad, I can't help you." Update: It's been a year or so, and I ended up giving them another try. I made an appointment online; they didn't act like they were expecting it and came across annoyed. They didn't say much, certainly no smiles or greetings, but they got the job done and relatively quickly. They put two new tires on for me, tires I ordered online and "didn't know they had." Star added.

I had a confirmed appointment at 12:30 PM for an oil change at Walmart Auto Care Center. I arrived on time, but even after waiting for 2 hours — until 2:00PM — they still hadn’t started on my car. It was clear they weren’t honoring scheduled appointments, which defeats the whole purpose of making one. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked about the delay. Even worse, I felt I was treated differently compared to other customers — ignored and spoken to with disrespect. It felt discriminatory and made me very uncomfortable. I’ve seen this location has a 4-star rating on Carfax, but based on my experience, that is completely misleading. Lazy staff, terrible service, and a complete lack of respect for appointments or people. This place needs to be seriously reviewed. I

I called to verify they had my tires in stock and could replace them on my camper. They said they could, so I booked an appointment. When I went to check in for the appointment, they stated they couldn't replace those tire on the camper. So I had to find someone else short notice. I would recommend Discount Tire a few miles away! They k ow what they are doing, have better quality items, and have better service.
