This was the most unprofessional place I've ever been to get my oil changed! I made an appointment expecting it to be quick & Easy it took nearly an hour and when I got my vehicle back there was oil everywhere! My steering wheel, gear shift, door handles everywhere! absolutely no respect for people's property or time! Would not recommend to anybody. The worst!!!!

The oil techs all standing around joking and not working on customer vehicles! No professional service, none whatsoever!

Business advice don’t have walk-ins if you are going to treat the customers poorly for walking in for services like oil changes. I will add I like the walkin option as having kids like most of your customers it’s hard to find time with sports and the doctors to schedule time/appointments for an oil change lmao those usually occur when you can find a spare moment usually 1k miles late. I walked in on a Sunday at noon they close at 7. 3 cars in line I’m the 4th Guy1 comes up to me to say one thing and one thing only “it’s going to be 1 to 1 an half hours”so I was like ok I need to shop I can wait Guy 1 doesn’t check me in leaves to do something else 15 minutes later guy2 comes up to me not knowing the other guy had already came up to me as I’m not checked in yet and he wants to come up to s

Went to get an oil change, and fuel injection cleaning, 1 car in front of me, dude tells me it's gonna be a while, but shouldn't be too long. I waited 3 and a half hours for an oil change. A week later I get a screw in my tire, put the spare on, call them to see how much it is to fix it, and if I can just walk in to get it fixed, (told the guy i get of at 4, was working from home 2 minutes away from Walmart) go to Walmart to see if they can fix it. It's literally 417 when I get there, dude tells me they can't take a walk in for a tire fix, I tell him the guy on the phone earlier told me they can, he says they can't. I tell him the tire is already off the car, he says okay, but we can't put it back on, I tell him fine, and that my husband will put it back on, I just need it fixed. It took
