They do a great job, but their appointments are not so good. They have to get more organized

They did my oil, tires balance and rotation and replaced my low lights. Great service. Clean. I just wish they had a better waiting area.

Unless you want one out of your four tires to get stuck in California, dont use Walmart auto centers. Avoid at all costs. Four calls later to customer service they finaly determined the missing tire was lost in transit. On the 5th call, determined that it would take them 4 days to process the cancelation and then an aditional 3-5 days to get refunded. Another week goes by and the auto center finally reaches out to me to cancel the order, but the only initiate the refund process for 3 out of my 4 tires. Had to call customer service a 6th time. They said to wait 3-4 days for the refund on the one tire to be processed. I said I’m not waiting any longer, this has taken over 3 weeks, this needs to happen today. They escalated it to there billing department. This has occured over a 3+ week span.

Great for a oil change and rotation of tires. That's all I've had done there. They put in the oil I want, and they are very affordable.

My experience getting a replacement tire was very positive today . Today is 1/2/23, mt tire blew and after bringing it in to replace, I was told I would have a n hour wait, but the guy behind the counter( Gary Robinson) tookthe time to mount it himself and he saved me at least an hour and he even let me know of a better deal on a different tire so he saved me money as well. Great job!time to
