Walmart Auto Care Center

I had my tires rotated today, and everyone of the men I worked with were polite, knowledgeable and helpful! David was patient with my follow up questions and went above and beyond to make sure my tires were set to go! I appreciate the great service and will be back!

I was extremely satisfied with this auto care center for installation of my tires. I ordered tires through walmart.com came in several minutes earlier than needed they were able to take care of me right then and there. I was able to reschedule my wife's appointment for her car to the next day instead of the next week. Dylan is on his game and very knowledgeable / understanding.

Not good I had an oil mess the next 3 places I stopped at, I had oil dripping on the ground and the whole under belly of my truck was covered in it the oil filter was leaking called there and didn't get through 3 times the pictures were just the start of it

Took over an hour to get my tire worked on not even finished. Told them it had a bead leak on the back side so it was a simple fix (prior work experience) and yet im still sitting here, watched them completely renove the tire from the wheel to fix a small headless, remind you these aren't lowprofile tires either.

Did a carry in for a new tire, got the call my tire was finished, went to pick it up, was told to go to the work Bay Area and ask for my tire. Come to find out they let someone else take my tire!! All because the worker was TOO LAZY to go to the work Bay Area himself!!! All this could’ve been prevented if the guy just did his job and retrieved the tires for customers from the work Bay Area!!
