I get oil changes here and I got my windshield wipers replaced the other day. At first I had a bad experience because the windshield wipers streaked. I got upset about it because I could barely see out of the window. I came there and we figured out that the plastic you have to take off before use was still on them. I felt bad and the guy even gave me windshield blades for my trouble. I think these people are actually pretty nice so I wanted to write a positive review.

This place is a joke. I showed up at 4:40pm for a 5 pm appointment. They screwed around and then I was talking to Tracy at the counter. A tech comes in and goes where are the tires for the 6pm appointment? She said why are we doing the 6pm appointment when the 5pm is here. The guy said I don't know. I asked her. She didn't care and blew me off. So I got screwed. It's now 6pm and they just pulled my truck in. What a joke. Don't waste your time. Contacted Walmart. They don't care.

Leaving this review after sitting for an hour past my appointment time, still waiting for them to start the job. I’m glad I asked because no one tells you. Be advised…the tie prices are great, but the service is awful. It’s Walmart, so plan accordingly.

Drove 45 minutes during a blizzard to get my tires changed. I was 8 minutes late and when the associate tried to help me his power hungry manager said no. A tire change takes about 30 minutes tops and they insisted it was not enough time. The manager also barely knew English.

Never go here. Went in for all 4 new tires and installation. They had stripped my lug nut down to the bone and had to get the repair done somewhere else because there was more damage. They told me I was safe to drive my car. Went to the manager and demanded a refund.
