I went today to get my oil changed, and they went above and beyond. They replaced my brake light for me and fixed my door that wouldn't lock due to a blown fuse. They were kind and professional. Shoutout to Cameron and Claus (not sure the correct spelling, so I apologize.) Those two gentlemen are awesome at their job! Thank you so much!!

I’ve had my tires repaired and oil changed multiple times at this Walmart Auto Center. Multiple interactions with multiple different people - most of them are rude and short. One guy asked me “What do I want?” after I was patiently waiting in line to check my car in for a scheduled appointment. They are just mean and I hate having to interact with them at all. They also rarely answer the phone, making it impossible to just schedule an appointment for a tire repair (you can’t do that online or in the app). I have been told walk-ins start at 7am but then show up at that time the next day and get turned away, saying I have to have an appointment. They always seem to be overbooked or behind with their services but they do get the job done. I would go to other places for services in a heartbeat

Don't recommend them. Check your oil before you leave. You might be 1/2 quart low on oil after an oil change. They put on a dry empty oil filter and fill up the car oil. When you start, 1/2 quart goes to the oil filter. And they bolt down the oil plug wayyy too tight. You might have to argue with them. They keep wanting to upgrade to something else like a more premium expensive deal. Claiming they have to use bottles for oil that's going to cost more for the same job and same oil.

Everyone is very nice and professional. Service was fast and performed well. However, they recorded the milage on my vehicle incorrectly and were off by 100,000 miles.

I had car troubles on a long roadtrip yesterday and stopped in here without much time before they closed. The entire team was helpful while I was in a pinch. John looked at everything from battery to alternator, checking every fuse, doing a once over and ultimately thinking outside the box solution to get me home. I couldn’t be more impressed and owe them much more than a good review. Highly recommend.
