Walmart Auto Care Center

Came in today for an oil change and get 2 tires put on. I got here at 9am the did not finish my service until 11:30am. My oil change was done in the first hour. It took them an hour and a half to put on 2 tires. I watched 3-4 cars get oil changes and also watched a car have their tires completely rotated while mine is still in the air. Maybe if yall stop talking amongst each other so much yall can actually get something done. Never again !!!

Waited 3 hours for a tire they didn't even have. Hours on here say they close at 7:30, got here at 6:20 and the guy said they're closed

It's real convenient and good work, but sat there 3 hours. Watched the shop employees ( all but one) play on their phones for 2.5 hours before the manager came out and had to watch them like kindergarteners to make sure they would actually do any work. Only took 30 minutes after they started working. Sat in line at the desk while the clerk stocked items for about 30 min. also. At least she was working I guess.

I arrived at 7am and was # 3 in line and was treat nicely. The wait was one hour f oil change and the clerk was respectful and smiling. I give them a 10

I wish I could rate this Auto Service Center in the negatives. After driving 19 miles for our weekly trip to Walmart to buy all of our groceries and get our oil changed we pull up to the auto service center and no one comes out to ask us how they could help us so my wife and I get out and as we walk into the shop we noticed four men in Walmart uniforms inside the shop three of which were doing absolutely nothing only one was working on a car that guy told us we needed a ticket but he didn't know where the guy was that was supposed to give us a ticket to go inside to the counter where we encountered four other people with Walmart Uniforms on who also informed us that we needed a ticket when I informed the young lady that no one was out there to give me a ticket she asked me what I wanted he
