They always have some problems, 2 tire changes 2 hours, and I had a appointment.

I had a great experience today with the auto department . The man( I think his name was Wade)who greeted me was so nice and patient with me. I told him not to worry about vacuuming because my car was really messy at the moment. They did it anyway... Him and whomever else worked with my vehicle today really went above and beyond. I'm impressed with their service. Almost every other time I have came in for an oil change, I have been treated horribly and like I am dumb. Not this time! Great job guys!

Online says they close at 7PM. I walk in at 6PM because I discover I have a near flat tire with two babies in tow. The man at the counter said he had no help, couldn’t do anything for me, couldn’t help me put on the spare, couldn’t even point me to a close alternative. I guess he was just standing there collecting a paycheck for holding down that counter. I had a great time changing the tire by myself in the parking lot, with two babies, while another employee stared me down. Trash

They have to be some of the laziest mechanics in warren county. There is always issues when using this tire center and if it wasn’t for the lack of other tire shops they would be out of business. Two people working on one car doing an oil change. One other car waiting on an oil change. It would be over a hour to put a tire on a rim. This is CONSTANT. Idk how they choose who to hire but never on GOD’s green earth have I ever came across the lack of work ethic like they show at this auto center.

Their website says they’re open until 7pm, so I pulled up for an oil change at 6pm after driving home from an out of town trip. I see another customer walking away from the Tire & Lube Center and asked him if they were closed. He stated yes, and he even had an appointment at 6:15pm for installation of 4 new tires for which he’s already purchased. The website says they’re open until 7PM, but there’s two signs on the door saying they’re open until 6PM and another that says 5PM. They didn’t communicate any change in hours with customers who had appointments and have already paid for services in advance. Therefore, I give Walmart Tire & Lube in McMinnville a 1 star rating because of their lack of consistency and communication with customers who have already paid for services via appointment.
