I purchased 2 tires as replacement for 2 tires that were bad . I was very specific about the 2 tires getting replaced and pointed to the tire for installer to replace. The threads were showing on both tires the installer took the best other 2 tires off and replaced with the new tire . He did not follow my direction and now my daughter still has the bad tires on the vehicle.I did get the new tires on the car but in wrong location. I am really angry because they disregarded my direct concerns and the whole purpose was to get the dangerous tires off vehicle. The other tires they took off were in pretty good shape. Really poor customer service

I ordered tires and installation. They cancelled my installation appt last-minute because allegedly tires didn't arrive. Detailed tracking shows they arrive a week ago, but the app still shows my order as "Delayed" and not ready for pickup. I can't find out what's going on because these people don't answer their phone! I've tried calling off and on for the last three days - ANSWER YOUR PHONE!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It took over 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I will never be coming back here. I saw multiple workers on their phones instead of working. Do better!

I brought my vehicle in this morning because the tire pressure was low on my front passenger tire. My thoughts were that I had run over a nail or screw and it needed a plug. The technician looked it over and found there was no puncture in the tire, took the tire off and examined The tire and wheel as well as the valve stem, redid the valve stem and resealed the tire on my rim. Overall he worked an hour on the tire. After he finished I went to pick up the car and there was absolutely no charge for all the work that he did. I was very grateful for the time and effort that was put in to check my vehicle and make sure everything was okay for me to drive. I had an excellent experience and was very happy I came by this morning.

Always low prices. I got an oil change and battery. It was all done pretty quick and the service was friendly, even though they were crazy busy. I'll definitely be back.
