How the hell does Walmart want me to go to get my own oil filter from O'Reilly's or Autozone because they don't know how to order their own supplies. Bring it back so they can do my oil change. Might as well do my own oil change. But I don't want my hands dirty that's why I pay the money

Listen to the reviews & save yourself from wasting your time here. Purchased tires from Walmart.com and had the tires delivered at this location. Booked an installation appointment, showed up at 8AM on a Sunday just to find out that only 3 out of the 4 tires were there. Scheduled an appointment the following day, took 10 minutes for someone to even notice us to get the car checked in. Get a voicemail from them not about an hour after dropping it off, demanding that we come pick up the car because their "tech" spent the last 45-minutes trying to take the tires off and can't. When we showed up to pickup the car, you could definitely tell what tire they tried to take off by all the scratches & paint chips on my rim. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Kristen in auto was awesome. Service so good i forgot i was at walmart! Very affordable for everything, and they check other parts of your car like the battery and wipers. Great experience

Sent my son up to get an oil change. Car had no leak and now all a sudden it does. This is not the first time I had this issue but the other car I was not sure if it had a leak or not. So I could not blame them. I’m positive this car had no oil leak and now it does..

About as bad as an experience as you can get. I got 4 tires replaced here. They somehow managed to break the TPMS sensors in 3 of the tires they installed. Within a day of installation I was getting alerts and error messages from my car. I went back in and asked them to fix them since the sensors had been fine prior to their tire installation. I was treated like dirt my the manager, Will. He walked up to me with a frown and said “What do you want?” When I explained the issue he insisted that it was just a coincidence the sensors broke the day after installation, called me a liar, and single-handedly ensured that I will never again shop at any Walmart again. Genuinely the most frustrating and upsetting customer service experience of my life. Walmart is getting too big to fail and they know
