Absolutely terrible experience with the tire service. I purchased two new tires to be installed on the rear of my vehicle only—no rotations or additional work requested. I was told there was only one customer ahead of me, and the lot was nearly empty when I arrived. Despite this, I waited over three hours for what should have been a very simple job. There was no clear explanation for the delay, and communication was poor throughout. This was a complete waste of time. At the end of the service, the final blow was the outrageous pricing they add for completing the job. I will not be returning and would recommend others go elsewhere for tire service.

Those boys went above and beyond to help me. They didn’t have my tire in stock but was from out of town they went out of their way and found a shop that had my size at decent prize had them delivered there and took great care of me!! There just isn’t enough words to describe how appreciative I am of them!

Went in twice in less than two months for a flat tire. Had to get holes patched. First tire brought in, was told before they finished the job that the sensor was broken. Saying it’ll be $35 more dollars. I say okay let’s get that replaced. Second time I go in for the same thing(patching tire) and again the guy told me also the sensor was broken, me confused saying “again? I got it replaced last time I was here” he paused and look puzzled and turned all red like he was nervous and stuttered and said ,” oh!? You already got it replaced here?” And I said yes. So i don’t know if it’s a scam they’re doing breaking our sensors on purpose or what but there was no way it could’ve already broken or they broke it by accident because they don’t know what they’re doing?! Just watch out for that.

Quite possibly the most inept people working on vehicles. I understand people’s need to have an affordable auto mechanic but you get what ya pay for. Slow service and they don’t have the item you need readily available and then for a cherry on top won’t be bothered to try and help you out. I recommend Karne’s, Thulin, or Rupert’s in Miami before I’d deal with this particular set of individuals!

Got a tire patched up here and the same exact day, the tire was flat again. Its funny because we took it to thulins after that and the tire lasted for a week. I don't know how qualified these Walmart techs are but clearly not by much.
