I’ve done all my services here (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.), and this last experience was extremely disappointing. Manny, the team lead, is completely inefficient — and if the leader works like that, you can’t expect the rest of the staff to be any better. Anthony, for example, always finds a thousand excuses not to do the job. They never informed me ahead of time that my warranty wouldn’t be honored, and when I went to Discount Tire afterward, they told me the issue was due to overinflated tires — not what Manny said. The Discount Tire staff even told me it was obvious the Walmart team didn’t know what they were doing. Never again! Came here for a simple oil change about 139 miles ago, my 4runner started leaving oil spots in the driveway about the size of a small pizza about two weeks ago, never leaked oil before, thought it was my valve cover gaskets, Everything was wet underneath! Started watching videos on how to replace, showing taking out most of the components at the top engine to get to them, noticed a rattle underneath about three days ago, got under there to take a look, and you have to remove a skid plate on 4runners to get to the oil filter, Discovered two bolts missing, and a self tap screw on the front, because obviously they stripped that one out putting it back together, Skid plate flapping in the wind and bumps, put my hand on the oil filter and was completely loose and turnable!! Tighten

Automotive Service Center - Horrible management and coordination (tire guy constantly stopping to check people in, can't get anything done, you can just watch the process and it's so unorganized). We bought new tires online and selected installation and scheduled an appointment and paid, two hours before our appointment we got a email saying our appointment was cancelled but then one hour later we received another email that our tires were ready for pickup. I went to the store to see what happened and they said they weren't sure and said they would go ahead and install the new tires. Been here now 3 hours waiting and had multiple new people pull up that were were serviced before us and you could tell they were going through the exact same pull up iPad sign in and sign for service process (
