I got a flat tire in the Walmart parking lot near the Dollar Tree and Matt at the Walmart Auto Care center walked all the way out there to drive my car back to the auto care center so they could change my tire. He made sure to drive at 1-3 mph as to not damage my rim. Matt was incredibly helpful, as was the entire team, and I hope this reaches the managers! Such a nice group of individuals who work here. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and take extra care with your vehicle. I’ve been here twice and will keep coming back!
Love coming for an oil change, place is shut down at 2:50 pm on a Thursday. Guess they had better things to do. Edit: come back the very next day, dude tells me it’s a 3 and a half hour long wait… for an oil change. Absolute garbage
What a difference a year makes, I said I will never come back to Milledgeville walmart automotive department but here I am, Tech Erik M. was there on time, got my info & immediately started working on replacing my trailer tire & checked mower tire for me, he was done in 20 minutes, he was very nice & took time to explain to me, he deserves a raise & hope he remains on staff, thanks Erik, Jimmy Thigpen
Walmart automotive in Milledgeville now HAS THE BEST CREW!!! They were super attentive and took care of my vehicle and me! DEF ASK FOR TREY BECAUSE HE GETS DOWN AND HE IS VERY WELL MANNERED
