Walmart Auto Care Center

Went in for a tire change, took 4 people an hour to do 4 tires. They also didnt bother checking the door for what tire pressure the tires should be at and put them at 35 psi when they should've been 27 psi. And one tire was at 7 psi when I checked because they knocked the valve stem loose or something so air leaks out of it unless its pushed hard. Took it back and replaced the valve stem. Apparently they were supposed to put new ones in for free on tire change, oh well. This guy actually pressurized my tire correctly this time.

I've been sitting here since 11 am! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! People with no appointments have been done and gone before me! This is wrong. I just need 1 fg tire replaced. 1. 2 hrs later I'm still sitting here. I will never recommend you. I'm splashing it all over social media. This is wrong. 1 lousy tire w an 11am appointment.

Shane (The biggest guy ever) is literally always there and right where customers see him. I came for a tire return since I ordered the wrong one and the return took 5 minutes. Made sure if I couldn’t be helped there quickly I could be helped at the service center, which I really didn’t think about at first. I got my tire placed here too about a week prior, through appointment and they did a good job in staying in the time frame.

This was my first time using Walmart auto care. I was so impressed with Phillip, the manager . He was staying on top of keeping the line down, and being patient with each customer. They were very busy , when I went to the counter to check on the status of my car, he looked at it himself (just a battery replacement) and handled it. While I was waiting in line pay for everything, he rang me out at an unused register, then informed me that he had already helped my elderly father in the car and got the A/c running for him. He even place my dad's walk in the back of the car. Phillip went above and beyond and made it a very positive experience.

Absolutely horrible. Dropped my car off at 8:30 for oil change and tire rotation. Told me it would be about 2 hours. At 3:00 PM they said they had 3 in front of mine, same thing they told me when I dropped it off. Never got tires rotated and ended up picking it up at 3:30.
