They butchered a lug nut, and when I told them I have spares I was brushed off and ignored. They know how to balance tires and that's all I would trust them for. Don't stop here if you can avoid it.

Very friendly and professional got me in on my scheduled time . Kept me informed and also installed a battery that wasn't part of my scheduled visit. Best walmart in the state. Aberdeen and spearfish should learn from this walmart. Will be back. Thanks for great service

Wanted to come by and get an oil change, called and no one answered initially. Got directed to a different department and the person I was speaking with was a bit rude, when I asked about their department hours and the price of services. Then I was told that because they were “busy” someone would give me a call back soon…….NO ONE EVER CALLED. And judging by these previous reviews I see why they have these ratings

Sunday afternoon I had a blow out carrying 9000 lbs of steel rods. I run a hotshot pickup with a 20 ft trailer that has 4 wheels. I knew my jack couldn’t handle it on the side of the road so I limped my way to the nearest town of Mitchell, SD where a Walmart automotive was opened much to my surprise being on a Sunday. My rim was damaged in the blow out so I couldn’t purchase a new tire. I had a delivery time to keep otherwise I would be financially penalized so I was worried how this magic trick was going to happen without me being a day down and out several hundred dollars. Ashley appeared with a great smile and an amazing attitude and said let’s take a look at it. I dismissed myself to run to the restroom and when I got back they had put my spare on using a huge jack.
