I had an appointment scheduled in early December to have my tires changed. The shop rescheduled it for two weeks later, which was fine. After waiting, I then received an email saying my tires were refunded and that I would have to pick them up after January 1 with no explanation. At this point, nearly a month has passed since my original appointment, and communication has been extremely frustrating. Phone calls are rarely answered, and when someone does respond, the information given is inconsistent and unhelpful. I never requested a refund and was not informed of any issue beforehand.

I went in to get new tires and the “manager” was SUPER rude and like the other woman said the way he talked to me was dominant and dismissive. Seriously why is he the manager and why does he even work there. They need to let him go. After he put the tires on he didn’t put the hubcaps back and I saw he put them in my back seat where I had clothes and presents. When I told him he needs to put them back on he was like “well we’re closing so it’s gonna have to wait.” I will NEVER go there again because of him and needs to be looked especially when everyone else is complaining about him.

Absolute waste of time. Made an appointment for them to change my car's battery. Verified all information with them a week ahead of time (Battery size, Make, model, year etc.) When I come in they take a 2 second glance at it and say they can't do it because of where the battery is.

Yesterday I had one of the worst experiences of my life. I took my 2013 Toyota Prius to Walmart for a simple oil change. I had an appointment, and from the moment I arrived, I was met with a very arrogant and condescending attitude from the person who claimed to be the AutoCare supervisor. Despite speaking respectfully, his tone was clearly dominant and dismissive. After more than an hour and a half, my car still hadn’t come out. When it finally did, I was told my car wouldn’t start. Let me be clear — I brought my vehicle in with absolutely no issues, and after a basic oil change, it was suddenly not working. They offered no explanation, no solution, and no accountability. The air in the front passenger-side tire was slowly leaking, so I tired to fix it twice using a tire repair kit, but it didn't work well. So, I purchased tires and asked them to replace both rear tires with new ones and move the two used rear tires to the front. I explained it to the mechanic twice, and he said he understood. However, a week later, the tire pressure warning light came on. When I checked, the front passenger-side tire was deflated again. I found out that the shop hadn't moved the used rear tires to the front as requested. When I contacted this shop, they kept insisting that there was no record of a rotation request in their paperwork. Even when I went in to speak with their manager, Katie, he repeated the same thing.
