Walmart Auto Care Center

I know Walmart thinks are too big to be affected by one measly little customer, but your customer service is crappie. Every person that walks through that door a smart comment came from behind the counter about needing an appointment. Needing an appointment is never been a thing at Walmart before. And now all of a sudden you get attitude because you don't have an appointment you might want to put up a sign or two.

I went in to get my battery tested. I had to wait for almost two hours for the service department to tell me the battery tested good and they didn't have time to charge it. I went back the following day for the service team to tell me the battery tested bad and they finally replaced it. This was a waste of my time and I need to find another location next time.

Make an appointment on a Monday for the following Monday for an oil change with an appointment, and your telling me you have no filters in Walmart and wasted my time

I just want to say an extra thank you to all the very nice gentlemen working so hard and efficiently in the Walmart auto department on Roosevelt Monroe! Thank you Bernard for taking great care of my tires thank you Michael Carlos Bryan Doug for great customer service and pleasant conversation while I waited !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had an appointment for 11:30. At 13:30 my car was outside and no one touched it. After 2 hours I left this place and I'll never come back. Btw one of two lifts for oil change was open and I didn't see so many cars around
