If I could give zero stars to give review I would. First off Sunday morning 7 am took my car in for an oil change and plug in my tire as I was heading out of town. First impression the girl putting in the service wasn't polite at all very rude and showed she had better things to do than help a customer. After about an hour went to check on vehicle the big dude burned himself on the exhaust and he rudely stated that he hadnt looked at the tire but the other girl that changed the oil said it had a busted belt and wires showing. Ok not a problem but dude didnt need to be so hostile. He was rude and yelled at my fiance and I like it was normal behavior. But when I got rude right back some girl sent the rude cashier off and said my behavior wasnt necessary. No you dont get to treat paying custo

I would give them 20 stars if I could. Brandon and Riley were phenomenal. Brandon remained patient and kind, explained the wait time, etc. At one point my phone was dying and he found a charging block I could borrow while I waited (I pay for everything on my phone 🤦🏻‍♀️). Riley was PHENOMENAL. POINT. BLANK. PERIOD. She stayed late, got my tire all fixed up and changed my oil. She didn’t ever once act impatient or upset - indeed everyone I met tonight was incredibly kind, understanding, and definitely went above and beyond. Of course I had trouble with my Walmart pay but no one ever huffed or puffed. Everyone was so understanding and I am so thankful for the time they all took to make me feel like I wasn’t a burden. There is good in the world - I firmly believe everyone can bless someone:

made an appointment at 12 to get my tires rotated and balanced and they said it would take 45 mins to an hour but didn’t start working on it until 2pm. it wasn’t ready until 3:30. i guess it is good to know for the future that there’s no point in making an appointment

Was in and out in 35 minutes with 2 new tires. Exceptional service. Very friendly and kind. 100% will be back for all my tires/service needs for my car.

Getting the tires and getting them put on was fine. The kid at the counter said he could ring up my other items and when he did, he gave me a total and I thought it was high, but I just paid it. Looked at my bill when I got home and he had charged me for, $30 for lifetime rotation and 20.00 for the road hazard too . He never asked me if I wanted either one of them. I just feel like I got taken advantage of . A word of warning just because they don’t ask if you want it doesn’t mean they’re not gonna bill you for it if . You need to tell them you don’t want it evidently . I just got my 2 tires today on December 10 2024 .
