Walmart Auto Care Center

I got 4 new tires put on here, ordered from walmart.com. today I noticed a lug nut on my front tire hanging out much further than the other tires. Upon further inspection, I found that the lug nut had been stripped, likely from not hand starting the nut and driving it straight on with a tool. My lug stud is stripped and won't take a new lug nut. I called up here to ask if they would fix the stud they stripped. The first 2 people said they don't do that. It took a manager calling me back to again tell me they don't fix lug studs even though they broke it. They then told me to drive up there so they could look at it. I told them I wasn't coming up there, risking my life, unless they could guarantee they can fix it for me. I could not be promised that guarantee nor a refund. I also couldn't

I needed to get my oil changed before a trip and couldn't wait for my normal mechanic. The wait was only 30 minutes. I'm in the habit of always checking the oil level and the call before I leave, that was fine. Went across the highway grab a bit to eat and noticed a small bit of liquid under my car.. I hoped it was the AC... It wasn't! It's leaking oil from the plug. I called and they asked me if I had tried tightening it. If I had the equipment and could crawl up under my car far enough, I would have changed the oil myself. Luckily my brother has a friend who can come out and check it out. I will never be back.

Mostly good things to say, they’ve done lots of oil changes for us, and batteries/tires too. Today though, whomever put the new oil change sticker in our car left grease stains on the door and on the A-pillar cover. Thankfully I have cleaners for that, but still, certainly not worth a 5-star review.

People were rude to my friend cause she has an older car when all she needed was her battery changed. There was was one really nice gentleman named Chad that was really helpful & very nice to us. Talked to us about the car he used to have yrs ago. Thanks Chad for being so nice after ur fellow employees were so rude.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any walmart. Other than the lady at the counter, thier employees in the tire and service center were the rudest and laziest people I have ever had misfortune of dealing with. They wouldn't ask what all I wanted so Whatever I asked for, like the type of oil or tire, check fluids etc... they would huff and puff. How are they to know what to do if they dont ask or if i dont tell them? They even got mad that I asked for windshield wipers... which they just left uninstalled on windshield. The air filter doesnt look new either. I asked for full synth valvoline... didn't get that. Didn't even fill properly. Oil was about a quart too much. Im concerned they didnt even change it or the filter and just added a quart to the old. Not sure yet. Wanted ne
