Stripped lug nut on front tire refused to replace front tires.. Didn't put down correct make, model, or year of the vehicle. Took 15 minutes just to tell me they put the tires they refused to replace in the bed of my truck. No care was taken in the maintenance of my truck. Extremely unprofessional.

I scheduled a battery replacement at the Walmart on Sherman Street and confirmed over the phone that they had the battery in stock and would install it. When my vehicle was towed there by Campbell Towing, Walmart refused to service my car without clear explanation. I was told by Walmart staff that the tow company had reported additional issues with my vehicle, which was untrue. Upon asking to speak with a manager to clarify why I was denied service, I was rudely told to leave the store. This treatment was confusing, frustrating, and felt discriminatory. I went in for an oil change. When I got home, I noticed the skid plates drain plug hatch was missing along with the two bolts that help hold up the skid plate and hatch. I called immediately and they said they found it, but seemed annoyed that I wanted it back that day. It was 20 minutes to closing. I picked it up, they never offered to put it back on, it was handed to me. One of the bolts is missing, they claim it was never there, I don’t believe them, but how do you prove otherwise? I spoke with the manager on that shift and she kept walking away when I was saying they need to train better. They should always return every part and every bolt when working on a vehicle. If forgetting is something they accept, I will never trust them to work on my vehicle. Upon looking things over

Didn't have an appointment, but got my vehicle right in and took care of 2 service issues immediately.

Ordered 6 tires for my dually. They misplaced 1 so I didn't get scanned in and my appointment was canceled. Honest mistake, employee was kind and rectified the mistake. I reschedule for the following day. Since my original appointment was canceled, the price for the install was refunded and I have to pay it upon completion of the install, fine. I chose the basic install package of $18 per tire, expecting to pay that at the store now. My husband brings in the truck the following day and they tell him it's going to be a total of $180. They tried to charge me for the more extensive package for install without telling either of us. AND they tried to lie about it saying it was extra charge because it's a dually. My husband asked for a itemized receipt and sure enough, they were trying to charge
