Walmart Auto Care Center

Had an oil change-appointment scheduled with Walmart Auto Center (for the first time) at 11am. They had my vehicle for over an hour. When I entered my vehicle after buckling my toddler in, I sat in my car and saw oil all over the inside: on my screen, over all handles, gear shift, console, buttons, steering wheel cover, both sides of my seat and I sat on oil too. (I stopped taking pictures once I realized it was on my seat). I unbuckled my kiddo and grabbed a mechanic to see if they had special wipes to clean it up. He used a rag and got what he could. My jeans were ruined and the disrespect to my vehicle will ensure I never return here for any service :(

I have not always had the best luck at Walmart car service centers but that has recently changed with my visits to the one in Mustang. I have had multiple cars serviced at this location over the past couple of months with complete satisfaction. In almost all instances, my service tech was Garfield, who does customer service right. He is typically extremely busy but has always made sure to get my cars taken care of as quickly as possible. He asks questions and in my experience has gone above and beyond with customer service. Thanks for a job well done!!

Did not have oil filter for my nissan, was told I could buy one somewhere else and they would take the cost off the price of the oil change. At checkout they said they could not do that and they also put the wrong oil in the car. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

ive been here twice and each time they have not been able to help me. went for a tire repair, took 4 hours, and still left with a hole in my tire. Went to "Big O" down the road and it took less than 5 minutes. 2nd time i scheduled an appointment for an oil change and they didnt have the filters needed for my truck. So again, leaving the same way I arrived.

I got there and there was 1 car in front of mine. They started on it and sent me the text that they started. Then pulled it out to do an appointment. I was there for 2 hours and 10 minutes. When I asked how much longer when I could see it had been sitting in the bay for 15 minutes, they went and checked and they hadn't even drained the oil yet! I understand if they are busy but I should have been told it was going to take 2 hours. Also, they shouldn't have started on it if they knew they wouldn't be able to finish it before the appointment got there.
