Walmart Auto Care Center

If I could give a zero I would. But I go in to get my tire plug because it’s where I get my tires and the guy says oh I’m sorry we can’t take anybody today. That doesn’t have an appointment. Mind you I tried calling several times yesterday to the Walmart auto center and also the Walmart store and no one picked up so how am I supposed to know that I can’t come in without an appointment today if no one answers the phone. So disappointing and so over it.

The reason its one star: DO NOT get your oil changed here, we had ours done here today (11-10-19) and the didnt put the oil cap back on the car and oil exploded all over the engine and is leaking out the bottom because they didnt put the drain plug in right either. People do not know how to do a simple oil change. Photos below.

We had a horrible blow out on the way from central Alabama to Marietta to attend a loved one’s funeral. We were distraught and desperate but Garrett and the rest of the auto team were incredibly compassionate and bent over backwards to help get us safely back on the road! They even showed us some concerns they had with our car for us to look into as soon as we get a chance! If you’re looking for exceptional service from people who actually care look no further! Hope they get a raise and I hate that I don’t live here so I could always come back for my auto needs!

I do not recommend using their service department. They don't want to do the work. The representative was late coming into work for my 7AM tire installation appointment. After my vehicle was checked in, 25 minutes later, I was told that my vehicle couldn't be lifted. Shemika advised that I could take my vehicle somewhere else and have my tires installed. I prepaid for expert installation, so why would I want to void the warranty because the work wasn't performed at Walmart? I asked for a full refund. Save yourself some time and go to a professional tire store.
