Walmart Auto Care Center

I wish I could give them zero stars. Walmart is absolutely the worst no matter what location... but especially this one. I scheduled and PRE PAID for my appointment for a full set of tires (A WEEK AGO!)... ONLY FOR THEM TO WAIT UNTIL MIDNIGHT ON THE DOT TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN THIS MORNING AT 8:00 AM. That was extremely disrespectful because what can I do after midnight? Don't even waste your time scheduling with them. Trust the other negative reviews. Thankfully BUDGET TIRES on Dorchester are able to fit me in this morning.

We went to change the oil 12:30, only at 15:10 they entered it, because no one knew how to drive a manual car, it was rejected at 4, and there was nothing but an apology

Did NOT change the oil filter, spilled a lot on the engine, sent me home smoking with nearly NO oil, NOW truck leaks oil on my driveway, William H. was the Tech. After waiting 2 hours with an early am appointment, Christian H.checked me out at 11:46. At 11:47 I got an email saying that I cancelled my appointment. I called the store back 6 days later to report the oil leaks and now they have no service records for my truck......period. Antwan, the auto supervisor was laughing about it, I called corporate, who sends it back to the store, and the store MANAGER does nothing at all. Now I have oil stains from leaks on my driveway. They KNOW there is NOTHING you can do. So, they give poor quality service and leave you with troubles that I'm going to have to repair when all I wanted was a simp

Had a great experience at this location today. After having battery trouble, went in pretty close to closing time, and was expecting to hear "sorry, it is close to closing time and we can't get another vehicle in". Nope, that's not what happened! Thanks to Service Manager JORDAN, and Technician DAMIEN, guess what, I got a new battery, and was quickly back on the road!! Many thanks to DAMIEN and JORDAN, you are both great examples of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ACTION!!!

Nehville S. the tech and Kris R. the service writer are the kind of employees/staff at Walmart or any company that “oils the machine!” I can tell you my story but I will spare you and just say I hope Walmart takes care of these guys. Both of these men saved me time and money from buying things I didn’t need and then having to return things. My weight on my shoulders was lifted and my day cleared up!
