Walmart Auto Care Center

My appointment was on time, they had me into the bay fairly quickly. Everything was already ready. The service technician was communicating frequently with me. The associates working the counter inside were friendly and helpful. The service technician was diligent making sure the weights were attached well. Solid experience and I have brand new tires.

Had a 2:30pm appointment for an oil change on my 2019 Kia Sportage which was scheduled online with my vehicle year make and model. Arrived on time and checked in, got a text an hour later that the service had began. After 2 hours sitting in the waiting area I was informed that the oil change cannot be performed beacuse the do not have the filter. Awful Customer Service!

I went in to the auto center for a quick battery core refund on Saturday 2/28 around 315pm cst. I was frustrated and obviously impatient. The 2 ladies were very nice and patient. Solved the issue. 5/5.

This has been the biggest hassle. Noticed one of my tires was showing wire so I decided to have all 4 of my tires done. I drive for work so i got a rental as mine wasnt safe for driving. I set an appointment with them that day and went in to have it done the next. Turns out they didnt have any tires in stock so they had to order them and would take 6 days. Why was i not informed that the tires weren't available over the phone before driving my car down there? The next appointment i had was at 5pm 6days later (yesterday). I drove down again and they said their air compressor had been down all day and probably wouldn't be ready for use that evening and they couldnt give me an estimated time that they could do my tires. I understand things happen that they cant control but if the compressor w

Disappointed with service here and looking for contact info for management to resolve this situation. My tires were bought from here and under warranty. Went in for service and found that thread was coming off the tire . Obviously a defective tire but was told by manager and tech that it was due to friction and there were no tires there to replace it . Had to go to a different store to replace my tire.
