Absolutely, can't get anybody in automotive to help you at the desk. And then you gotta find somebody and beg Em to let you out of the door because they've got you locked in to sliding door. This review is the store on highway 54 in owensboro.. I ended up leaving.I didn't get a service done because I couldn't get anybody to wait on me at the counter

I don’t like leaving bad comments. I need an oil change so I called up to make an appointment. I called three times and let the phone ring and ring and ring and ring. I waited about 20 minutes and I called again few times and let the phone ring and ring. I decided to go up there and get an oil change without talking to anybody. Guy said it would be an hour and a half before I can get an oil change. I said great he said can I see your keys? I’ll be back in an hour and a half. I can’t sit here at Walmart. He said if you can’t leave your keys with me I can’t give you the oil change. Then looked at me like I was stupid. Why wouldn’t he make me an appointment? Who’s gonna leave their vehicle and their keys and wait at Walmart for an hour and a half doesn’t sound like very good to me so I left e

If I could give negative stars I would this place is a joke. Only reason I went there was because it was Sunday and no real tire shops are open to fix the nail in my tire so I went to Walmart. I waited an hour and asked how much longer and they said mine was next, 30 minutes later they pulled in another vehicle that wasn't mine so I told them to give me my keys and I left. While I was waiting I walked outside past the service bays and twice they were empty and the guys were just standing around.

I took my car in at 9:30 AM for a standard oil change. The attendant told me it would be a couple of hours, and it was not ready til sometime after 2. Once I stopped in to pick it up they said I was next in line, and then 45 minutes later when I went back to get it it had still not been taken back because they had to redo someone else's they had messed up on. During all this time not once did I receive a phone call saying it would take longer than they said or an apology for the long wait.

I needed a flat tire repaired and knew they were busy so I asked and the gentleman told me 2-3hours. No problem...I checked in 3 hours later and I was next in line. OK I can live with that. 3 additional hours after that. I walk in assuming surely it’s done and it wasn’t but instead they were closing shop. Yay me!
