Walmart Auto Care Center

Got my car oil changed here. The Auto Technician who was working on my car, revved up the engine driving it into the Bay Area before even working on the car. Which is Very Unprofessional considering he’s just a worker. Especially, when the oil needed to be replaced, the car shouldn’t have been revved up with old oil in the first place it shouldn’t have happened! To make this situation worse he got oil all over the mats in my car, oil on the steering wheel, gear shift, door handles, hood of the car, etc. The worker STEVE is very UNPROFESSIONAL and was VERY DISRESPECTFUL to my car. Considering, it is NOT his! Steve, please be considerate with others property next time. 🙂

Walmart auto care center has replaced all 4 tires before we didn’t have any issues except them snapping off the stud for a lug nut. My husband replaced the lug nut on his own and they didn’t offer any type of assistance or saying that they would replace it so I left it at that. We come back last Friday, February 20 for four whole new tires and when we we’re leaving a tech came over and said anybody give you any notes. I said no one said anything and he said when we’re taking off the back passenger tire one of the stud snapped off just to let you know and he didn’t offer no details of replacing it so I figured might as well Just have to replace again out-of-pocket on our own . Damaged my Tesla!! $5528.79 worth of damage they denied. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Tesla thinks they dropped my vehicle or lifted it incorrectly causing damage to the a-arms and frame. (see pictures) Walmart was the only place open to fix a basic flat tire, so we came here and the guy at the auto center speaks very little english. He didn't know how to drive the car into the bay so he had us do it. After the repair the car gave us alerts that there was damage to the suspension. We drove the car to Tesla who informed us that we are lucky the a-arm didn't break and we didn't crash the vehicle. We spoke with Perry, who is the auto center manager at Wal-Mart who said on recording they don't have the proper equipment to lift teslas and they were getting new pucks in to lift it properly. They were great at checking our low tire, showing us the damage, and putting on a new tire. Plus the views from the parking lot are amazing.

Do not take your vehicle here. Took my car in for an oil change. A day later I noticed there was oil leaking from my vehicle onto my driveway. Open the hood and they did not put back on the Oil Cap and oil was splashed all over the inside of the hood. I had very little oil left and had to purchase oil from the store to add more. Took my vehicle back to speak to a supervisor and he was unprofessional! No apologies at all, no attempt to try to make it right. He tried to spin the blame on me making me at fault for their negligence and lack of due diligence. (he also mentions that this has happened before recently to a different customer). Finally, was able to come to an agreement for a full refund and took my vehicle elsewhere.
