I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional customer service as I did at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Robinson, PA. The employees there clearly have no manners and absolutely no idea how to speak to or treat paying customers. An oil change took almost TWO HOURS, and this was on a slow day with barely any cars waiting. That kind of delay is completely unacceptable. When politely asked why the service was taking so long, instead of giving a reasonable explanation or trying to help, the staff’s response was basically to “complain to corporate.” That level of dismissiveness toward customers is outrageous and shows how little they care about the people bringing them business. I had an appointment scheduled at Walmart for February 17, 2026, for an oil change. They are working very poorly. They keep canceling my appointment by themselves without informing me properly. I am very dissatisfied with their service. I always schedule appointments with them and never had a problem before, but this time they were very unprofessional and unfair. When I went there and tried to speak with the manager, they said it was not their fault and did not give me a clear explanation.

The service center at Walmart has the most miserable customer service. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change and if you ask any questions they act as if they can’t be bothered. I made an appointment for two tires and they brought my car into the garage an hour after check in with zero communication. If you make an appointment here bring a lunch and don’t have any commitments for the next few hours, you’re gonna be there forever.

Tried to schedule to replace tires on driver's side via app. Kept giving an error. Called in to schedule and it goes through the app and stalls. Manually go into the website get the schedule set up for today only to be called and told I cannot do it today. If it wasnt for the fact it is close to work and I had all my family working out in Robinson I wouldn't be going here. I don't even shop here anymore and rather go to Carnegie Walmart.

Couldn't call in. Went online and wanted 2 credit cards and the numbers then got a fraud prevention call from my bank. I canceled 4 tires and oil change. Will only do it in person. Buy cheap get cheap
