Walmart Auto Care Center

I went in to have new tires put on my car. While I was in the store shopping waiting for the tires to be put on my car. Apparently, one of there. Employees in the automotive department decided it was a good idea to steal out of my car. I have it on camera, as I have cameras in my car, which they should have obviously seen. Thankfully, it was a green tire pressure checker less than ten dollars in price. It's a shame you take your car to get fixed and have to deal with somebody stealing out of it instead. The gentleman that stole it should be very appreciative that I do not call the police over ten dollars. Apparently, Walmart should pay them better because, them stealin something worth nothing shows that they really needed that ten dollars more.

Went in to see about tires for my car. When i asked what options they had, she told me they have plenty of options and to look online for specifics about my car, and walked away. I mentioned the bad attitude to my shopping buddy and she said "oh that's the manager, she's always like that, don't take it personally"... so i went online and ordered tires. Jumped thru all the Walmart hoops. Made the order. They took the money from my card, but canceled the order so fast the cancelation email came thru before the purchase email!! Ugh. Ok. When they FINALLY returned my money, i ordered tires AND made install appt. 3 days later.... they canceled tires and appt. Tho they still haven't returned the money.

Checked Walmart’s website to see what time the automotive center closed bc I needed a new tire. Website said they closed at 7pm. I left work early so that I could make it there by 6pm. I arrived at 6:05. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes before anyone approached. Once he did, I explained that I needed a tire. He tells me that they stopped accepting orders at 6pm. I showed him the hours listed on the website. His explanation-that the mechanics had to have time to clean up and be clocked out before 7pm. That’s fine but if that’s the case then change the hours of operation to be 7am to 6pm so people don’t expect to get waited on until 7pm.

I went here on 3/17/18 because another place screwed up my balance after they put a patch on a tire. I spoke to Jason the service manager around 6 pm and asked if they could balance my tire. He stated that he could, that I needed to make it in before 6:30PM. These guys are a life saver! I went in, they took care of the issue, and were fast despite me coming in last minute before they closed. I will gladly come back for future tire needs.

Bought 2 tires from this place a few months ago. They didn't install them cause the auto part was closed at the time due to their pandemic issues. Today I rotated my tires and saw that they sold me 2 different sizes. I blame myself for not double checking but ultimately they screwed up. I called today and was on hold for 20 mins. and didn't talk to a soul to see how we can remedy this situation. Lame AF place.
