Came in as a walk in with a flat tire, the crew were able to get me in and out in under an hour.

Was denied to get an oil change because they close in an hour and half. Literally showed up needing just an oil change before going on vacation, and I was refused service because of it. That's crazy. Dexter branch could be slammed and would never refuse someone. Unprofessional.

Came in to get a tire installation, the steering wheel has been shaking since then which I assume is the tires off balance or something of that nature...when I brought it back, Branden and Charles were extremely helpful and kind! I'm happy with my experience, we are all human and things happen. No complaints here! Edit: Turns out the balance was hardly off, so maybe I'm just crazy! Lol either way, the guys took care of me with a smile. ☺️

1 Hour 45 Minutes for a scheduled oil change.

Went to have a flat fixed and a rotation they made me sit 2 hours then tell me my new tires are dry rotated when they obviously are not i drive alot of gravel they're idiots i will never go back!!! Went to swafords fixed flat 10 minutes was done..
