Walmart Auto Care Center

I would give no stars if I could. The two in the tire center this morning were clueless. No one else they are being worked with and they couldn’t even find the tablet that has their tire inventory. One guy was just too busy eating his breakfast. And they had a sign that said appointment only so since I didn’t have an appointment seemed like they didn’t even wanna help me find a tire. Just another reason I don’t go to Walmart. I wouldn’t trust them to change a tire.

Honestly, it was terrible. I went in for an oil change at around 6pm and had one car ahead of me that was almost done. I didn't get out of there until almost 7:30 and the guy working on my car really didn't seem to know what he was doing. Really frightening to think about someone working on the car that I drive my kids around in not knowing what they are doing.... I wouldn't recommend taking vehicles there unless there's zero other options. No good at all.

I went in for an oil change, they were knowledgeable and very quick.

They are so slow on changing tires and all they want to do is yack at each other
