Walmart Auto Care Center

I took my 4 runner in to have the tires rotated and to check the balance on all four tires just to be safe. The vehicle drove smooth with no issues prior to this appointment but I have had issues once my tires were rotated in the past. I was told that the balance was way off and that they balanced all 4 tires. When I left the shop it seemed to be okay until I hit 40mph and the steering wheel began to shake. The shake progressively worsened as I gained speed. I knew something was wrong with the balance. I called them to have it fixed so they scheduled me an appointment for the next day. I arrived on time and sat there for 10+ minutes waiting to be checked in and they all looked at me several times and no one came to help me. I decided that this was not going to end well so I left. never bring your vehicle here! my truck was filled up with 1.5 quarts too many. its a good thing i caught it or my new truck would have been ruined! not to mention they acted like i didnt know what i was talking about. awful service, i will never be back. i wish there was a zero star button. chantel and natalie need to be fired

First they weren't sure they had the tires I already made sure were in store and prepaid for, then the girl tried to tell me they were the wrong size even though I matched them to my vin, then I told them not to roll my window down any farther because it wouldn't go back up, sooo, they rolled it all the way down. After all that my car pulls to the left now and the tire light is on.

Flat tire on my rv in their parking lot cuz it's so full of trash. Went in and bought supplies to plug it so I could drive around to their tire center the next day. Told James that this was my plan, told him my vehicle was 12' tall and 6 tons. He said no prob, they can patch the plug, their bay doors were 16' tall, and they had a 10 ton jack. Appt time rolls around and the tech tells me corporate won't let them patch a plug, their bay doors are 10' tall, and their 10 ton jack has been broken. If James didn't go 0 for 3 I would have had time to find another shop. Now my travels are delayed 2 days. Thanks James.

I called and made an appointment to replace all 4 tires AND TPMS sensors. I was given a quote of $550. I arrived to my appointment today and reiterated that the sensors were included in that price (now risen to $560 before tax), and was told that the sensors were NOT included, that it would be another $140 before tax. I begrudgingly agreed. When I arrived an hour later to pick up my completed vehicle, I spoke to James (I believe a manager), and was told that they didn't even have the sensors in stock and that he wouldn't even budge on the price to help compensate for their departments' ineptitude. So the main thing I booked an appointment for wasn't fixed, and I paid more than I was told I would. Completely unacceptable.
