First the good - they put the tires on correctly. Now the rest. They cancelled my appointment 2 times. Once I finally get there, I had to wait in line 25 minutes just to drop my car off for my appointment they cancelled twice. Its so awesome that everything is single threaded and you get to watch every other customer complete all of their business. By the way, the guy walked away from the counter for 10 minutes then came back casually eating gummy candy. Lastly, I get a receipt that has all the wrong tires on it. They tell me since I bought it online they just scan in any tire for the in-store receipt. I've been buying tires for 30 years and never been given a receipt reflecting all the wrong tires. And when you're there, there's no one to escalate anything to. Why does it have to be

had an appt at 5. they had too many cars. said it would take an hour to do a tire change that shouldn’t take over 20 mins. fine. been here for almost 3 hours so far. very bad service, if i’ve been told i would wait this long i would’ve rescheduled!! no respect for peoples time - don’t recommend

I had a really disappointing experience at Walmart Auto Service. A few weeks ago, I had a tire changed here, and when I went to my mechanic today, I learned they had installed the wrong tire size and didn’t do the balance they said they would. Unfortunately, the team lead, Melissa, was not friendly or attentive, she seemed distracted, taking phone calls and helping another customer while I was waiting. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I expected much better service and attention to detail.

Came here for a new set or tires and a balancing/ alignment. Not only were the tires installed wrong but the balancing was so bad it was worse than when I brought it in. Went to another mechanic who confirmed Walmart had bent a rim during installation. Called this location multiple times for help and was ghosted. Do NOT take your car here, it will leave in worse shape.

my partner took my car here for a basic oil change and to change two tires. she made an appt online for 12pm and was notified it would take about an hour. when she arrived, the lady at check in asked which two tires she wanted changed. my partner told her there was a nail in one tire and to put the other tire on whichever one needed it the most after that. instead, the lady typed (verbatim) “she don’t know which tires she wants changed” as the response and didn’t bother to mention the tire that has a nail. she also let the lady know that she also had scheduled an oil change and the lady nodded, but said nothing else and did not write any notes about it. after about an hour and a half, the two tires were finally done, and they parked the car. after it sat for another hour, my gf walked up t
