Went here today to replace 2 tires on mom’s car. Was being helped by a very kind gentleman (Kevin) he stated he was new and was trying to toggle through to meet our needs. He asked for help from his coworkers multiple times and was completely ignored. All while the head manager sat in her office and ignored us while we stared at her from her office door. Anyway kevin had quoted us about 45 minutes which was fine. When we came back the car still hadn’t been taken back for the tires. I believe the lady’s name is as Rene who then was so rude! Was telling us we didn’t matter and come last because we were just walk ins and didn’t schedule an appointment. This place needs some serious reevaluation. If you want your car to get destroyed, this is the perfect place. My wife took our Corolla for service, they destroyed the oil pan and put silicone on it to “fix” it. We bought tires and they messed up the alignment. I just paid another 120 dollars at Big O Tires to fix their disaster

We visited the Auto Care Center for a tire change and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. When we requested a tire replacement, they insisted the tires were different from the ones they had previously installed, despite the fact that we had proof to the contrary. The front desk representative, Dawn, was especially unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.

Got 2 tires and an oil change for $200, an incredibly cheap deal! I say cheap because unfortunately you get what you pay for here and respect for you or your car is not included in that bill. I scheduled the tires a week in advance being told then I couldn't schedule an oil change. I was told the day I dropped it off it would be a few hours because I didn't schedule the oil change. I asked them several times to lock my doors as I was leaving town right after and had a lot of important stuff in there. I came back 2 1/2 hours later to my car unlocked, windows down and to top it off they destroyed my door handle. I went back in expecting at least an apology, all I got was the "mechanic" and the Team Lead giving me a "you really expect us to care?" attitude and walking away. Seriously disappoi
