Walmart Auto Care Center

Nothing on Aidan and Jessica who have been running wild since I got here at 9: 15. But the tire techs are rude. Car didn't get taken into be looked at until 11 when I had an appointment at 9. I was late so I brushed it off. There was an issue with my tires so I asked to speak to someone and he said he doesn't do phone calls. He then never showed up and aidan was willing to explain to me what was going on. Wish I had his name so I could let the manager know about his terrible service. Don't know if I will get my tires done today or not but hopefully they have what I need.

Worst tire shop ever. 1. I ordered all terrains they put all seasons on and wouldn’t return them. 2. Left my spare tire in the bed of my truck instead of putting it in the tire storage. 3. They didn’t put all the valve stem caps on the wrong tires they installed 4. Didnt latch my hood making it pop up after I left (not sure why they popped my hood to do tires.) Take your car to a real tire shop not these idiots

Kyle is very rude. As a team lead you should be a role model to your team but instead you show them rudeness treat customers like they’re dumb. He needs to be a little more compassionate and listen, if you’re having a bad day handle it at your own time don’t take them out on customers. I wish I could give zero stars!!!! I don’t live in Salina my daughter goes to college there. I love Salina but Kyle put a bad taste in my month. Spend your money elsewhere! Corporate will be hearing from me!

I went in yesterday to order new tires... The girl there just ignored me totally.. she walked away <I use a mobility scooter> The you ng man there Saved the day he took his time to help me and even ordered the tires and scheduled an appointment for me to have them put on!! He explained how long it would take I just want him to know I appreciate him and the help he gave me I believe his name was Wyatt < not positive < sorry>>

Waited in line for 30 minutes to inquire about new tires and a battery. One person at the cash register and one person visiting with a lady speaking Spanish. We were 6th in line. They need more employees! We wasted a 60 mile trip today!
